Now u can send you faulty product to our nearest branches or direct to manufacture when its is under period warranty. All warranties will be covered by the respective brand manufacturer, or supplier, of the goods; warranty period might vary according to the type of product. The original warranty card and purchase receipt is required to be presented for any warranty claims.
What is Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty
allows you to extend your electrical appliances' manufacturers' warranties up
to a maximum of 5 years from the date of purchase with similar manufacturer's
protection against failures and defects.

We provide nationwide coverage with our extensive repair network that will be
assigned based on convenience when a claim is made.
FINANCIAL PROTECTION*
We will take care of
the cost of replacement and repair of electrical appliances upon failure.
Coverage includes free parts replacement and repair charges, as well as
transportation for the repairing of non-portable items.
NEW FOR OLD*
If it is not worth repairing, or if the needed spare part for repairing discontinued by manufacturer, we will arrange for the replacement with a new product that is nearest to the original product technical specifications.
PEACE OF MIND*
We assist our participating partners to provide assurance that whereby electrical appliances purchased from them are protected in the event of product failure beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty period.

Launched in 2006, E-Guard program was designed for home appliance
store in Malaysia with more than 100 stores nationwide offering this extended
warranty program to their beloved customers. This program is supported by MSIG
Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad.
